There are five basic steps necessary to launch a program with MMI:

1) Training MMI's Senior Staff on the client's product and positioning

2) Script writing

3) Data collection/creation

4) Introducing the client's sales staff to MMI's process via a brief conference call

5) Testing the call for purposes of further script refinement

Initially, senior staff will make all of the outbound calls for appointment setting. Once several appointments have been arranged, and our client has satisfactorily attended the initial meetings, MMI's management will assign the call to the appropriate account representative(s).

Communicating with Prospects

The final key element necessary for MMI to present itself as being within the client's four walls is email. MMI must obtain an inside sales email account alias from the client to facilitate correspondence with prospects both before and after appointments have been arranged. In many cases a prospect will ask for information via email before they will agree to a meeting. MMI, in cooperation with the client, will create an informational email template as well as a template for appointment confirmation.
