| There are five basic steps
necessary to launch a program with MMI:
1) Training MMI's Senior Staff on the
client's product and positioning
2) Script writing
3) Data collection/creation
4) Introducing the client's sales staff
to MMI's process via a brief conference call
5) Testing the call for purposes of further
script refinement
Initially, senior staff will make all of the outbound calls
for appointment setting. Once several appointments have
been arranged, and our client has satisfactorily attended
the initial meetings, MMI's management will assign the call
to the appropriate account representative(s).
