1) Our staff follows up on each
and every appointment that is scheduled to ensure
the meeting took place and was satisfactory.
2) Periodically, prospecting lists
will need to be refreshed with new prospect companies,
at which time our staff will verbally update the
sales rep on account activity related to their original
prospect list.
3) Once per quarter MMI's management
reviews progress and meeting status with client
management to ensure that our staff is delivering
the highest level of quality at all times.
