MMI strives to create an atmosphere of teamwork with our client’s sales team. Our account representatives are assigned to specific sales people and we encourage our client’s sales team to work closely with their designated MMI account representative. Close communication on calendars, schedules and new opportunities will streamline the process, avoid scheduling conflicts and foster the teamwork necessary for our mutual success.
Once an appointment has been scheduled our account managers:


1) Create a meeting notice using a word template complete with all the necessary information for the sales rep to attend the appointment.

2) The meeting notice is emailed to the sales rep and any management personnel the client’s company deems appropriate.

3) Lastly, an email confirming the appointment is sent to the prospect with a copy to the sales rep the day the appointment is scheduled. Two days before the date of the appointment we also reconfirm with the prospect by phone.


Managing our relationship:


1) Our staff follows up on each and every appointment that is scheduled to ensure the meeting took place and was satisfactory.

2) Periodically, prospecting lists will need to be refreshed with new prospect companies, at which time our staff will verbally update the sales rep on account activity related to their original prospect list.

3) Once per quarter MMI's management reviews progress and meeting status with client management to ensure that our staff is delivering the highest level of quality at all times.

 

Fee Schedule

There is a *flat fee for each appointment that is successfully attended by the client’s salesperson. Our fee schedule also includes an upfront fee for training, script writing, and data transfer. *There are no hidden fees or hourly fees attached to our services.
